Vaishali Metals, an ISO 9002 certified company located in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India was initially started with the main objective of manufacturing Fine Bore Copper & Copper Alloy Capillary Tubing. These fine bore copper capillary tubes were manufactured as per the existing ASTM standards to cater the requirements of General Engineering, Instrumentation, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry, has come a long way. Tin-plated copper capillaries are also manufactured used for temperature control/thermostat industry.
The origin of this group dates back to Sept. 1978 when Mr.S.K.Papriwal M.Sc., AMIE (Mech.) with over 15 Years of experience in various Engineering fields founded the parent company Kwality Tubes & Capillaries (KTC) a manufacturing outfit in Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur to produce Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Grade Copper Tubes to substitute Imports .This unit caters to the need of almost all Original Equipments Manufacturers (OEM) in India. In 1992, the company started supplying Copper Tubing and Capillary Tubing to various industries. Recently under the guidance of USA based company Whirlpool Corporation, Vaishali Metals has developed Non CFC refrigerant i.e. R-134a compatible Copper Capillary. These capillaries are environment friendly refrigerant under the Montreal Protocol for prevention of ozone layer .Foreseeing the competition and with a view to enter and consolidate their position in the global market, Vaishali Metals applied for ISO 9002 certification.
